I've just setup my modem and I am receiving Economy Plus service. I know it's not that fast but coming from DSL it should be a step up. Advertized is 3Mbps but an out-of-the-box speed test with only my phone connected showed slower speeds (1.09Mbps). Is that typical for this level of service? Is there a specified minimum for each given package?
