not sure if this is the right section of the forum for this, but it was the best I could find. anyway here is the scoop.
For the last three weeks(around june 28th), I have been experiencing an outage in my area once a day. Every time I have called Comcast CS, I get told there is an outage in my area and will be back online soon(outages usually last around 3-5 hours and occur at LEAST once a day every day for the last 3 weeks). It has gotten to the point where I have called and cancelled my account because I have either received no reason, or have been told conflicting reasons for the outages. First it was just a random outage. then it was line work. then it was comcasts "main servers". not sure what else to do at this point besides cancelling because quite frankly i am tired of having to call every day i dont have service to be credited for the outage. And since comcast is unable to actually provide me with any sort of reason i turn to you guys.
anyone have any idea as to what may actually be causing the problem, or any experience with extended outages that can lend a helpful word or two?
