We just purchased new service at the "Performance Internet" (25 mpbs) speed. Set up the modem today -- we have a Motorola SB6121. I have tested several different configurations -- wireless connection, wired LAN, and connecting my PC directly to the modem -- and I am seeing up and down speeds of 5-6 across the board. Even with the initial "speed boost" I never hit double digits, no matter the configuration or what service I use to test. This modem should absolutely be able to handle 25 mpbs. Can anyone shed some light here?
