I have IE9 and for about a month I get way too many websites "not responding" messages. It seems for the first 10-15 seconds I can't do any scrolling etc., then all of a sudden the website starts responding and things start working, but there is always that short time that the connection is not being made. It's not every website, doesn't happen all the time, but enough to be very irritating. Besides this issue, WHY IS THE INTERNET SO SLOW? I have the normal speed that is free with the internet service, but it use to really zip along. I was happy with it, but lately just seems like I'm waiting for everything to open. Sure am glad I'm not paying extra for it. Is anyone else having these issues? Would love to hear from you, always feels better to know you are not alone.
