My upload speeds changed over night from 5Mbps to 0.01 Mbps. I have contacted Comcast Tier 1 Support and performed all the tasks recommended by them.
1) Removed the router power supply, removed the cable wire to the model
2) Did the above steps 3 times already.
No luck. The download speeds are good no issue there but the upload is causing a lot of hiccups with sending emails out.
