Well, we have not had a constant internet connection for the last three months. Paying premium money for services that we cannot receive is very nerve wracking. Have chatted, have talked on phone, had tech come out, he changed some sort of connection outside and internet came up for four hours, then went down again. Called him back (per his instructions) and cannot even get
a reply from him now. AT&T is not as fast, but have as backup. Waiting on U-verse to be available and will finally say "good-bye" to Comcast unless they can get this mess straightened out permanently.
