All day, everyday I have intermitent service. In fact, just now as I typed the word "everyday", it took about 5 seconds to get the letter "r" to appear. This has been an on going problem for over a year. When a service person comes here to find the problem, it's either, "everything is fine" or "you modem is not fast enough", "your house is too big" Really? We're talking under 2500 Sq. feet. "your house is built from concrete blocks, that is interfering with your service"  What? Recently my call to Comcast was escalated 4 times to four different people until I reached someone from another country who said for $29.95 and $19.95 a month he could fix my problem right away. I hung up. The next day, I spoke to the first person who answers at costumer service. I explained what happened. His response, "I am not supposed to do this but, I think I can help you". Two minutes later, everythnig was fine. At least for a few days. I HATE COMCAST.
