Internet connectivity issue - no signal coming - trap tag

I'm having connectivity issue for the two weeks and it's out side home. There was no signal coming in on my wall outlet, after the first tech visit, they cut the cable outside my apt unit and attached a trap tag stating "not to reconnect until it fixed".

I have spoken with Comcast multiple times (more than 20 times) and never seem to get anywhere with them other than telling me to power cycle and them remote power cycling.They don't know about the what's is the current status of Trap Tag, they even don't know it... After this I had another Tech visit and the person told the cable was cut and it needs to taken care by the residential service, once again another tech visit scheduled and they said it was completed but No status update added on my account.. Whenever I call the comcast support line and it's answered by remote call center, They just say simply it will be ready after 24 hours but nothing happened, Later I realized it doesn't make any sense until someone has to reconnect this cable, I have another tech visit in two days., I'm hope they find that they need to reconnect the cable outside my unit...

It's almost two weeks completed, From the same outlet box other comcast users are connected and they are fine....

Please suggest if you experienced such kind of issue in the past...
