Unstable connection for the last couple days...

Hi, I am in East Brunswick, NJ. My internet has been quite unstable since couple days ago. It was working fine before 3/28... I have the Blast! Service, but I am getting slow speed like : http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/3404357123

I have tried disconnecting my router and connecting directly to the modem, swapping splitters, no difference... I called the Tech line, but they told me my connection looks fine from their side...

My current modem Arris TM722G status:

Any idea what could be the issue? Could it be the modem? (I seem to recall having this issue in the past during rainy days, but I can't be 100% sure...)
