Over the last week, give or take, I've had some serious issues with my internet. I'll be in the middle of a game, with 30-50ping and all the sudden pike to over 4k. Normally resulting in server disconnect, or just over all inability to play. The same happens with streaming (twitch more-so than netflix, cause netflix preload can deal with the loss of connectivity). I've run a winMTR numerous times with the same outcome.

As you can see, the packet loss and ping spikes over a 2min internal are 20%+ and it's not uncommon to be more. My online gaming is impossible at the moment, watching videos is difficult.
I've contacted support 3x and they've all said "We're going to correct the signal values on our end because they aren't right" and all three times I was told "You shouldn't have this issue anymore" and all three times, the issue reappeared immeditally.
I've tried new ethernet cable, changed to a different coax line in the house, have NO splitters inside any of the rooms I have cable or tried the modem. I'm frustrated and really could use some help. Any ideas?
Modem is the Arris TG862G
