I'm getting pretty absurd speeds and packet loss lately, every call to support those has been wait 2 days and call us back. Or I'm on hold for 30 minutes while they send constanst refresh signals.

Note that I'm on 105, was spiking between .5 Mbps and 90Mbps most of the evening. Please note that even though the pathping shows a router, the results are the exact same with it removed.
We had a major outage here about a week or so ago, ever since that point in time service has been hit or miss at best, more miss than anything but I'm kind've at my wits end here. The biggest issue is consistency with the speed, it being all over the place is causing the main reason I pay for the higher speed tiers (gaming) to be completely impossible.
