I am an internet customer, and your new policy to meter and limit the download amounts each month is unfair. I switched to your service for your cable modem speeds and the unlimited download service advertised for my family and work from home needs. Your new policy to charge after an additional fee after reaching 300 GB of usage is a bait and switch tactic used as a monopoly provider of cable internet.
This is unacceptable as a consumer of your product, and I ask that you return my account to the unlimited service I sought out when I purchased your service for my home. This new means to increase your bottom line should only be utilized for new customers and a grandfathered approach should be implemented for you current customers.
The market specific implementation approach you are utilizing is discriminatory at its core and should be stopped immediately.
