I am getting disconnects in online games, modem resets and drops in video quality in Netflix. This has been going on for a few weeks since what appears to be a botched modem firmware rollout. The web interface changed for a few weeks and then reverted back to the original. I have been getting this error in the log frequently. This is from a brand new SBG6580 which will be returned since apparently nothing is wrong with the old SBG6580. The old one got the same errors.

There are also corrected and uncorrected errors on the status page before rebooting modem. A tech was here a couple months ago and found nothing in my house so how do I get anyone to look into this? Whatever the person on the tech support phone does is not enough to identify the cause. The last one said that Comcast has no control over the firmware rollouts.
