So what would cause 20mbs average download when you are paying for UP TO 105mbs? I bought a surfboard that will handle up to 300mbs. Sounds like a company ripping off the consumer to me. I called tech support and they pinged my router twice and it registered over 105mbs at that time. Never again has it been strong. I have reset my router multiple times in frustration. I have started looking into other providers for cost and service comparison. I don't think I need UP TO 105mbs anyway. I will say I use the service to support 4 internet tv's, 3 laptops, 1 desktop, 1 printer and 5 smartphones. I went to the extreme to cover the bandwidth I thought I might be using. Where can I look to see if my settings need to be adjusted and or what should they be?
