So I play online games and Ive been occasionally getting dropped multiple times a day or night. My speeds are good at 50mb download and 10mb upload most of the time but I had a technician in this week and he said all was fine. Just in case he replaced the modem and the splitter, but im still being dropped. Adding: new modem is Cisco Modem DPC3939
I checked the modem and signals and the download numbers look fine but upload not so sure, the upload power level shows it as 34.75dBmV..is that too low? Download SNR is 40.36dB
Anyways, I checked the error logs and I am getting T3 and T4 timeout critical errors. Based on what I've read about T3 and T4 errors, these can potentially cause a drop of connection. Any thoughts on the upload signal or these error messages..does it make sense that either of these or a combination of are causing my internet to drop intermittently meaning I need a tech to fix it? Any input is appreciated
