Two technicians have come out. I've wasted days waiting as they promise to show up then don't then reschedule then don't show then reschedule.. I've called repeatedly. A "supervisor" promised to come resolve it Friday - sent tech instead - tech couldn't fix it - said supervisor Josh Scott would call me to schedule appt Friday pm - no call - I called and left message sat - no response. Now comcast won't make a ticket because there is another outage in my area. If I had a choice I would quit comcast but FIOS isn't in yet. I pay my bill reliably but get unreliable service. I need internet to do my job. What can I do?
