I have Blast (up to 50mb/s) and it has been working fine since a tech came out a month or two ago and fixed it, but recently, the download speeds have been unbelievalbly inconsistent (going from 40 mb/s to less than 1 repeatedly) while I'm lucky to get even 1mb upload

As you can see, the DL speed is ok, but the upload is awful.
Here are my modem specs:
Model: Cisco DPC3008
Downstream Channels Power Level: Signal to Noise Ratio:

Channel 2: -4.2 dBmV 38.3 dB
Channel 3: -3.7 dBmV 38.0 dB
Channel 4: -3.3 dBmV 37.8 dB
Channel 5: -3.1 dBmV 38.0 dB
Channel 6: -3.1 dBmV 38.6 dB
Channel 7: -3.1 dBmV 38.7 dB
Channel 8: -3.2 dBmV 38.6 dB
Upstream Channels Power Level:
Channel 1: 50.5 dBmV
Channel 2: 51.0 dBmV

Can't stream (Twitch/Netflix) without the video pausing to buffer, even on low setttings. Can't play any games online due to packet loss/lag The speeds you see are just the high end. It doesn't stay there.
