So on my modem(technicolor TC8305C) it will not pick up a IPV6 addresss even though my CMTS is IPV6 ready. I did a test with a Surfboard 6141 and it configured it's self on the same line to IPV6 and IPV4 connectivity and set me up with both addresses. Whats going on with that?
also when i do a speed test on speedtest.net it will choose a server not in my state and is almost father then half the state. Now i did a test with the 6141 and it correctly chooses a server right in my town.
I live in Portland, OR and is finds a server halfway across the country(technicolor TC9305C) while the 6141 picks a Portland, OR server.
