For years I have had a very good experience with the internet service. Recently I purchased a Leveno G500 laptop computer and during setup, I was unable to connect to my existing service. Limited connectivity was the error message I was receiving. Signal strong but no internet. Strange thing is that all other computers are OK. I can connect with my cell phone acting as a hotspot but I pay Comcast a lot of money every month for this service. All attempts to fix this problem failed. Since I am able to connect with my phone I can rule out a defective wireless adapter as the culprit. Tech support tried but was unsuccessful. I need a solution NOW!!!!!
