Messrs. Comcast/Xfinity:

 

Please view the following screenshots and you will see the issue.

 

My Downstream is topping out at 29 and my UPstream is topping out at 0.60 !!!

 

I'm a Blast Tier customer and at $219 per month for Comcast service, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. When I see others complaining that they're not getting the 50 to 105 Mbps Downstream, I want to call the FCC (which I may be driven to do in any event).
