Quick history; I was given a computer when my mother moved from her house. I set this computer up at my fathers house, worked fine, but yesterday i tried loading web pages but was blocked out do to a $100 dollar left over balance my mother left on, even though the computer is on my fathers network. Is there anything I can do in the mean time while i attempt to light a fire under my mother to pay the remaining balance? It seems criminal they can lock out the internet even though it isnt ev en operating in the same zip code. Thanks in advance from any reply. If this is not in the appropriate forum, let me know.
