I signed up yesterday for Blast internet speeds promising up to 105 mbps in my area. I'm currently using a Zoom Model 5350 modem/router with DOCSIS 3.0. When I run the speed test, it is only giving me 17.86down/5.05up. I've called Comcast with no help, so they've scheduled a technician to come by this weekend. However, I would like to avoid paying the $40 tech fee as much as possible, especially if its a problem on my end that I could fix. I'm not very knowledgable on this subject, so if anyone has any suggestions that could help me fix this, I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
