I see several topics on this subject, but no resolution offered. Every day at Noon, my internet goes out. I've called daily but of course no one is able to come out for at least a week. I switched over to the Business line and the exact same thing happened, but at least it didn't send me through Activation daily.
This absolutely must be something going on Comcast's side. I cannot find a setting ont he router, but it must be doing some kind of an update that it should be doing monthly, at 3am, at maximum.
This is why people hate Comcast. Every day I'm on the phone with them, every day a hassle.
