SB6121 - Randomly Reseting

Hello, Been quite frustrated with this.. been having my modem randomly reseting and im fairly dumb to when it comes to all this.. I have had 3 Comcast tech's out and swear to me up and down that my line is fine.. but yet my modem is still reseting... Please help!
