I am also having this problem - intermiitant but often - I noticed earlier light 4 is blinking and the manual I found says it is Registering.
But sometimes light 3 is binking and light 4 is out.
So far, I am unable to bring up the http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1 pages because I can't use your internet.
