I've chatted 6 times, called 3 times, and met with two technicians.
Every so often - when resetting the Motorola SB6141 modem - it will give full speed (last night I was pulling 120Mbps) but then after some time, it just seems to default back to 5Mbps (sometimes even worse).
I've tried multiple computers connected through the ASUS N66U router both wired and wireless AND directly to the modem, nothing seems to matter.
The free wifi next door is now faster than what I'm paying for. =(
