I am going through the same internet connectivity issue. Comcast supposed to send a technician today 12-Jul-14 8.00am to 1.00pm as per the scheduled appointment. This morning (12-Jul) there was call from Comcast to confirm today's appointment and I confirmed it. I have waited at home till 2.00pm no one showed up and now customer service is saying the appointment is for Sunday (July-13) 1.00pm to 3.00pm. Comcast is not showing any gratitude to the customer.. Their customer service is going down the drain but their billing system works like a charm to collect the money from the customer..
