I am just about fed up with Comcast's internet service. I am paying for high speed internet that seems to be absolute trash. I have called customer support on multiple occasions, reset my router, even had a Comcast service rep visit my home, and I am still getting ridiculous lag spikes, particularly when gaming.
I wouldn't be so upset if this was something that's always been an issue, except for throughout the first year or so of my service, the internet was fine. I could game perfectly with no lag spikes or issues whatsoever. Then boom. All of the sudden one day I started getting huge spikes that make my games unplayable. I'm done trying to call, nothing ever works or helps.
I know it's not my computer, because my roommates get the same lag spikes too. I also get them on my Xbox when gaming online (i never used to). I'm pretty much fed up with Comcast. I really want to cancel my service. Please give me a reason not to. Help.
