Greetings, I am a new customer to comcast here in NE Ct, the 06340 area. Over the last week and a half my online experience while gaming and streaming video has been dreadful. I have the 105Mb Blast package, the Technicolor TC8305C cable gateway. I have run speed tests from multiple sites all show good speed, I've reset my router, etc.. I only have one computer (hardwired) to the modem and one gaming system (PS4) (hardwired) connected. I have had various wireless devices connected but during my testing / data gathering I had the wireless devices disconnected. During my investigations and thread chasing, I came across the packet loss threads. So I tested to see if I was losing packets. I used www.dslreports.com and the packet loss test on my modem. On the modem, when trying to ping comcast.net, multiple times, 4 packets sent, none receieved. From dsl reports;

When the tech was here to install the equipment he ran all new cable and all new connectors. I'm at a loss on how to get this issue resolved or further troubleshoot this.
