Got an email yesterday from Comcast onhow my internet speed had double-complete with instructions on rebooting modem(Arris TM822) and router. After continued attempts and a call to support (they rebooted my modem and said it would take 6 hours for the change to take place)-Nothing.. I am at Blast speed level and my modem is the correct one.
As of tonight ,I have the same speed (around 25bps) no change.
