HELP Comcast Blast50 New user getting only 3-4 Mbps Download

I am a new subscriber to Comcast and it is super slow. When I was with COX I was getting download speeds of 50+, but with comcast I am getting only 3 to 4 Mbps (some times only 1.5Mbps -2Mbps).

 

I have a Motorola Surfboard 6141 with Cisco EA6300 N Wireless Router.

Really frustrated with the performance as I am not getting anything close to what I was getting with COX.
