Seems like a lot of issues within the past month with SB 6141 modems (including mine), after several months of good speed and service. I doubt it is a problem with the modem or cables since so many customers have had problems recently. Maybe Comcast wants to extract even more money from us by trying to force modem leases or cable service plans. Could this be done with a bad or outdated firmware push? What do you think?
