I'm having trouble using VOIP at home and after running several tests on voiptest.8x8.com, I can see that the download consistency of service is <60% every time. My VOIP provider recommends 80% or greater. I have called Comcast to try to get some help on this, but I've been on hold for over 30 minutes trying to get help. Does anyone have experience with this and have a fix?
