So...problem first began as modem dropping up/down sync...tech came out replaced wiring in house...was still having terrible ping and lag for real time internet applications...games voip etc...speedtest.net looks like a sawblade../l/l/l/l...turned in the modem for replacement. issue remains? spent 4 hours trying to get to a level 2 rep, modem reboots lvl 1 stuff etc...service rep says he is transferring me...20 min of hold time later i get a rep who says he's in security and i will need to call tech support again. Another 20 min of hold time and the lvl 1 rep is trying to get my ticket places me on hold and disconnected....call back ask for supervisor...spend 1 hour on hold (the rep did check in every 5 min to update me that we were still waiting) then proceeds to give me a ticket for a tech ....BEYOND frustrated when i pay $200 /mo for top tier and get this garbage.
