i have the same problem(tho i only been experiencing this a week or so), i was told my modem was no good (modem is only 6-8months old and was the newest top end motorola modem at the time) and that upgrading the speed and new modem would fix this, so like a sucker i said ok, here it is not even 24 hours later and still having same issue, obviously this has to be a problem on their end since i see other posts about this also, i have comcast modem now and 50mbps (speedtest even says 58mbps), but keeps reseting itself, im really curious as to what this technician is going to do to fix this, if they can even
