Where do you mail or email your complaint about internet service. For over four months I have documented the spotty internet service between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. I have called custormer service regarding this intermittent service and I was told since I have pinpointed the "bad times" I should move my internet usage to a time when I have a more stable service. This would seem fair if I am not charged full price for those hours when I can barely use the internet. I have had 3 modems and at least this one does not blink constantly. I don't feel I should have to pay for a service call either.
I hate changing modems because I have to reset 10 different devices that network on the service.
I plan to set up a camera and video my tv as it records the drop and reconnect of service.
