comcast sends people out and they go back and say it is working. It is not. If you had a customer who said their service had not worked for 5 weeks would you not prove to said customer in person that the service worked. what do you suggeest people do when the techs have been here three times and not showed up twice should I keep taking time off work and wasting my time on the phone. i need help from comcast and thatt is a bad problem to have. i see spell check doesnt work comcaast never misses a beat to under serve.
