Hi all,
I have been having random internet disconnection ever since I signed up for the service a week ago. My plan is the XF Double Play which includes cable TV and Internet 50Mpbs. I have already done around 8-10 CC live chat thoughout the week since my internet started having random internet disconnection and reconnection. The procedures were mostly the same where they would send a signal to the CC provided Gateway thus allowing the connection to reconnect just for a few hours and the problem still persisted. At times it becomes worse and there will be no connection for up to an hour or even longer; sometimes it'll be for a few minutes. Oh and one more thing I am using a router when i requested for the Gateway to be put in Bridge Mode but the problem was already happening before this. Any help would be appreciated.

Sometimes when my internet does go out the Upstream 3 would have dashes thoughout such as - - - - - - - - - - -.
