I have been having issues for months now regarding this modem and how it communicates with Comcast. All levels check out from Motorola's standpoint as well as Comcast's, and I have had two techs at my residence that tell me the modem is incompatible with the system. I recently had ONE MONTH from August 8th to August 26th of ZERO interruptions, so I was hoping that a network admin had figured out a back end problem and corrected it. Unfortunately, this is not the case, and now the timeouts are even more frequent. I know it is not my equip as evidenced by the fact that the problem was not present for 20+ days in my log files.
Anyone have any ideas? I can provide firmware versions, but please do not suggest that it is the equipment or the lines as I have proof that this is not the case.
