This started on 7/24/14 with one modem reset to today with 10 to 15 resets a day, I've done the unplugging from the wall, reset button on the back, resetting from the Comcast website but now it tells me that they cannot pick up any internet device at my home!! I've got videos of how the modem acts and documented the times when the modem goes crazy. Comcast has changed out my cable in the house, no good - then this Friday 8/29 at 10 pm they changed out the modem with the same modem ARRIS MODEL TG862G/CT. Lasted until Sunday 8/31 and then at 5:21 pm it started all over again. It seems like it does it the most during peak usage. Doesn't do it in the middle of the night that I can tell. My neighbor had same problem and the Comcast tech said that when they doubled their speed signals are being lost and they installed a booster in their attic and it fixed the issue. They don't want to seem to do that for me. I don't know why and I mentioned this to them.
