Hello Comcast, for the past 2 weeks now I have been having this daily issue where I can be connected to my network just fine with good speeds but then randomly my internet stops working (nothing will load), and I get a yellow triangle on my signal thing at the bottom right (sorry i'm kind of a noob when it comes to this stuff) but anyways it says I have No Internet Access and then whne I disconnect and reconnect to my network it starts working again. This happens at least 2-10 times an hour and is very annoying because if I'm doing something like playing a online game this causes me to randomlly disconnect from the game.
What really startles me is that I have the same issue even when I am on wired connection. I have DMZ mode on my wired as well which is what I use to play xbox live so my ports are all open yet I still have had the same issue happening where I'm in a a game and randmolly disconnect. My internet never seems to have actually reset or anything my network is always there it just seems like for whatever reason it decides to randomlly stop working..... I have no idea what is causing this but I'm probally gonna end up canceling my service if this cant be fixed comcast customer support is a nightmare sometimes I feel as a customer I know more then the people on the other end of the phone do...
