Bad signal on one modem channel

Hello,

Every few days my internet dies for several hours. I looked in the modem signal page and one of the channels looks to be in bad shape. It has a ~28db SNR, 78% of codewords that need to be corrected, and 4% that are uncorrectable. When it was dead, I also had T4 erors listed on two of the upstream channels. However, after the internet came back, they were gone. My SB6141 modem is wired directly to the line from my box on the side of the house. Sounds like I'll have to get a tech called out, correct?
