I have the ARRIS TM722 telephony modem.
My internet connection has been going down intermittently since I got this new modem yesterday.
If I have reboot the modem - i.e. unplug the power and plug it back it -- it does not seem to work. The light indicator for "online" is off.
If I disconnect the cable from the modem and reconnect, then it will get back online.
Any ideas of what may be going on and how I can resolve this issue?
