Anybody having issues with internet speed and cable quality, this tech knows where to start. After 3 months of useless calling and onsite trouble shooting, the issue was resolved. This Comcast tech # 6469 Ken Walker should be highly commended. He immediately figured the problem was the cable connected to the pole which was gnawed at by squirrels overtime. He came on a Sunday afternoon too. This maked the previous techies look really incompetent if not lazy
