Internet connection, constantly restarting modem

I'm having serious internet connection problems.  For the last 4 weeks, our connection to the internet just completely stops.  When it does, the only fix has been to restart the Aris modem.  Sometimes if we catch it quick enough, we can to go http://10.0.0.1 and login to the modem, then go to Troubleshooting and reset the modem. 

 

When I'm in that section, I see lots of logs that mention loss of connection to T2 or T3. 

 

Sometimes the connection will stay up for hours, sometimes not even 10 minuts.

 

We've replaced the modem with a new one from Comcast.  This did not fix the issue.

 

We have had 2 technicians come out, and the 1st time, the technician replaced the line from the pole to the house, saying there was noise on teh line.  It didn't fix the issue.  The 2nd time, the tech couldn't find any problems in my house and said several customers on the street have reported issues.  That was about 1 WEEK ago.  This is NOT resolved and I'm very frustrated that I'm paying for montly access and have had problems for a month. 

 

The technician left me a card with an email address to a technician at cable.comcast.com, a guy named David Wright I think.  He hasn't been much help that I can tell. 

 

Does anyone from Comcast read these forums?

 

I am very irate about this.
