With a Ubee modem and direct wire from desktop to modem, getting 25 down and 5 up and paying for 50/10. After talking to 6 different departments, no-one can find a solution. Tech support had no idea but to reset modem lots of times, internet tech support reset, pushed, shoved and no increase it speed, CSRs were useless. Billing said I was paying for 50/10 and surprised I was not getting it. I figure it is a provisioning issue but they all swear it isn't.
