I recently installed a newer modem because I was told the older was not going to be working much longer. I was having very bad connectivity with the old one, so I was sent a new one. I installed it and still am having the very same problem with connectivity and now am getting bumped offline more an more. This is all the time now and wondering what is going on. We live in house, and I use the Internet exclusivly with out WFI or anything else like that. I have no idea what the problem is...
My husband pays a lot of $$ every month for this service and for the $ one would think the service would be better.
I was basically promised that the new modem would take care of the problem. It has not. I have the ArrisTG862 modem.
Also our phone service is not the best either. We have the TV; Internet: Phone bundled and at times when talking to others the voice becomes muffled, breaking up, or we get disconnected. Once again for the $$? Thank you
