I just upgraded to the Extreme 105 and the tech left like 45 minutes ago. They re-routed the wiring in order for us to have the modem and 2 HD boxes hooked up. We tried it before but the internet would not sync. They replaced the splitter and now the internet and both TVs work.
We tested the speedtest.net and they left. Everything seemed fine until I went to play a game.
Talk about constant lag and disconnect.
There is 80% packet loss & 2ms Jitter according to pingtest.net. I wonder if the way they have the cable run and split now if the signal is good enough to connect but bad enough that its not stable.
What should i do?
