Performance Package
Modem: SB6141(White)
Router: Linksys E4200 (Please keep in mind speed tests were done both wired straight to modem and wireless)

Initially upon setup I was receiving ~10Mbps download and ~5mbps upload. Comcast had a tech come out 2 days ago to look at my setup to try and get me up to 25Mbps. Seems like all he was really able to do was correctly change the information on my account to show that I should be on Docsis 3, rather than Docsis 2. He claimed it was my router. After a couple hours nothing had really changed in speed.
About 4-5 hours later after he had left I spoke to an agent to verify that I was up to date on firmware and I was set up as Docsis 3. Everything was correct so I had ended the call. Less than 10m later I was receiving download speeds of 25-28 Mbps, so it all looked correct.
I check the router today and it l am back to ~10Mbps. Every now and then it drops to <5Mbps, but fixes after power cycle
TL;DR
-Initial setup speed was ~10Mbps
-Comcast tech comes out, speed doesn't change
-4-5 hours later I get 25-28Mbps after speaking with agent who apparently doesn't change anything
-Next day speed goes back to ~10Mbps
-Now I am seeing occasional drops to ~5Mbps or lower, but fixes after power cycle
Is this issue on Comcast? Or should I look into purchasing another router?
