I find it hard to believe that someone at Comcast does not notice that there are problems with connectivity. It is intermittent, last a few seconds. It has been off and on for over a week, but today, it is much worse. I am not paying for that kind of conectivity.
I should not have to inform a cable company that there are network problems with their system.
So, run checks along you lines, and you'll see the problem. Cutomer service will be getting yet another call from me. I swear I had better connectivity when I used an old fashioned dial up service.
